With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Chris brings a wealth of experience and expertise to help individuals of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals.
Chris' career began with a focus on youth fitness and senior wellness, where he developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of different populations. For five years, he served as an adjunct professor at Westchester Community College, teaching senior fitness classes. In addition, Chris also spent many years coaching youth baseball and youth soccer. Over time, Chris expanded his expertise to include sports performance and post-therapy injury recovery, working with individuals to restore function and improve athletic performance.
Through his diverse experiences, Chris discovered his true passion—helping people improve their health and vitality as they age. His approach to fitness is centered around making exercise fun, accessible, and non-judgmental, ensuring everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, feels welcome and supported in their journey.
